RAIDAH is an acronym for Research and Innovation DAtabase Homepage. It is a tool which automates searching, capturing, sorting, filtering and compiling technology information from the Internet as well as from other sources, then arranging them under specific categories.
It is a primary gateway for technology information and a valuable yet cost-effective asset which may be used as basis for fast, reliable and well-informed business decisions. |

| Our services are currently free of charge. You will need, however, to register to gain access to all available modules and services. Click on the Registers link on our home page and follow all instructions given. |

| How do I register to use the portal? |
|
| If you have not registered with RAIDAH, please click on the Register link on our Homepage and fill in the registration form. Upon submission, you will receive an email providing you with an activation key. Follow the steps described in the email to complete your activation exercise. You will be brought to the RAIDAH Homepage where you can login and start using RAIDAH. |

| Can I redistribute the articles downloaded from your web site? |

| You may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only. And you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material. We highly recommend that you seek written permission from us and our knowledge contributors. |

E-Publisher is a web publishing capability that allows users to create and publish contents online. This module provides users with a more organised, faster and more efficient method of publishing contents. The best part is that E-Publisher enables authorised users to publish content dynamically with minimal knowledge in computer programming.

| How do I participate in the discussion forum? |
|
| To participate in our discussion forum, you will need to be a registered user of RAIDAH. Once you have registered and logged in to RAIDAH, click on My RAIDAH and then E-collaboration. This page displays a list of top five frequently used project groups and top 5 frequently used communities. Click on your preferred community and you can start viewing and posting. |

| How can RAIDAH help me find the information I need? |

| Upon registration and login to RAIDAH, you will have access to our advanced search facility. You will be able to search our database and perform Internet search through 4 search brokers; Google, Yahoo, MSN and Ask.com simultaneously. Take your time to explore our search module and if you are still unable to find what you need, click on the Info-On-Demand portlet in the homepage and send us your request. |
