Please take note that;

1. Attendance is compulsory.
2. Please be at the venue half an hour earlier than the scheduled time.
3. Please bring 7 copies of your PowerPoint presentations.
4. If you wish to change your presentation time, you may do so subject to the following;
   1. The change is within the same day. Change of date are not allowed.
   2. The slot you wish to take has been agreed upon by the other party.
   3. The change is requested in writing to the secretariat a week prior to the date.
   4. The change is requested is approved by the secretariat.
